How To Use

Toner

Blend 3-6 drops essential oils in the distilled water (100ml). Shake well before use. Wet compress

Wet compress

Take 2-3 drops essential oils into the wet towel, then give the towel a half-dry wring and have a hot compress or cool compress for a relieving effect.

Massage

Blend 2-3 drops essential oils in the base oil, then rub to warm up the hands and massage the face or body.

SPA

Mix 6-8 drops essential oils with the proper amount vegetable oil, milk or honey, then pour in the bathtub to have a bathody.

Sleep

Take 5-6 drops essential oils into the diffuser/humidifier to volatilize aromatic steam.

Bath/Foot Bath

Take 4-15 drops essential oils into the water about 40°C, and then have a bath/foot bath.

Washing Hair

Mix 1-2 drops essential oils with shampoo, then massage the scalp and wash hair.

Purification

Blend various essential oils about 15 drops in the water (100ml), then fix the spray with the mixture. Shake well and spray in the air.
