LAVENDER FRENCH 75 COCKTAIL – 2 oz gin – 1 oz Lavender Syrup – 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice – Shake w/ Ice and Strain into Champagne Flute – Float w/ Champagne – Garnish with thick Lemon Twist – Combine and Serve
