Ingredients

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons dried lavender

1 cup water

1 clean glass jar

Instructions

Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan.

Stir until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat, and cool.

Pour into jar and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for a few weeks. Add to tea, lemonade, alcoholic drinks.
