How to Make the Schisandra Berry tea?
1. Rinse 1 – 2 teaspoons berries with cold running water;
2. Add them to 8 to 10 ounces of water and simmer for 5-10 minutes and then allow the liquid to steep for another 20 to 30 minutes ;
