What you want:

1 apple, unpeeled, cored and chopped  
10 blackberries  
1 degree tsp sweetener granules (non-obligatory)
cinnamon stick (non-obligatory) 

What you do:

1. Pour a mugful of freshly boiled water right into a saucepan, add all of the elements and simmer for five minutes.
